威廉希尔《员工会、研究生会员工干部自律公约》倡议研讨会顺利开展

为强化员工干部自我约束、自我管理、自我批评和自我规范的工作理念，以更好地服务同学，10月9日中午12:00，威廉希尔团委员工会全体副部长及以上员工干部在第三教学楼101开展《员工会、研究生会员工干部自律公约》倡议研讨会，威廉希尔学工办主任陈攀受邀出席。
研讨会上，威廉希尔团委员工会主席翟广达首先发表讲话，他把近来个别高校员工会干部因某些不恰当的言行带来很大的负面影响作为反面教材，倡导员工干部端正工作态度，树立良好的工作作风。同时，他对威廉希尔团委员工会的整体工作作风表示肯定，对员工干部长期以来的辛勤付出和勤勉工作提出了表扬。
随后，翟广达带领在场所有员工干部逐条阅读《员工会、研究生会员工干部自律公约》，要求员工干部严格遵守，时刻谨记并以此为戒，作为自己的处事原则。该公约得到了在场员工干部的广泛认同，大家纷纷在倡议书上签名。
“员工干部作为师生之间的桥梁，追求的应该是良好的成绩、作风和口碑”，学工办主任陈攀在最后的讲话中提出了对员工会干部的殷切期望。他希望广老员工干部正如威廉希尔院训所言:“为人民服务好！”员工干部要严于律己，做好自身，杜绝一切不正之风，履行好自己的职责，才能更好地服务同学。
